The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) required sustained high performance within a pressured environment across all phases of its seven-year life cycle. In people management terms, this presented unique organisational learning challenges and opportunities. A blended organisational learning programme was implemented incorporating multi-layered tools that promoted coaching and mentoring, allowed swift acquisition of knowledge, embedded team facilitation, drove change management capability, built personal resilience and wellbeing, and underpinned professional learning.
