London 2012 Food Vision

The Food Vision was written with the help of food industry experts in 2009. Its aim was to ensure the food and drink at the Games was affordable for everyone, offered choice and diversity with plenty of healthy options, and catered for people with special dietary or cultural requirements. Commercial partners, caterers and their suppliers used the Food Vision document to understand LOCOG’s strict requirements and to ensure that they fulfilled the terms of their contracts.
