Equality, Inclusion, Employment and Skills – process and systems case study

This case study focuses on the processes and systems that were established to help the delivery of EIES, ranging from the use of statutory requirements like equality impact assessments (EqIAs) to audits and self-assessments; and including the collaborative tools to drive positive changes in behaviour and practice among the ODA’s contractors and, ultimately, within the construction industry.
